LifeSpring Health Systems is seeking a Front Desk Secretary for our Integrated Treatment Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Successful candidates will have one year or more of experience working in a doctor's office or similar field. Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred. Duties will include scheduling patient appointments, collecting co-payments and completing admissions paperwork to include verification of benefits and residency. This is a fast-paced, high-demand position that requires an individual with superior customer service skills. Covid vaccination is required.

  • Experience with electronic medical record systems
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of patience and compassion
  • Thorough knowledge of HIPAA laws
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid and commercial insurances
