Receptionist

Pay: 15.00- 17.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-5 PM

The ideal candidate is someone looking to break into a professional working environment.

Who is friendly, detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office and greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner.

You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Filing
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Bilingual Spanish - (Preferred not required)
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have transportation.
