Evans Industrial Construction is currently looking to hire a full-time front desk receptionist. This position requires someone who is professional and has a positive attitude as you will be the first face our customers and staff will see.

The ideal candiate is someone who has attention to detail, able to multi-task at times, committed to their work, Honest, has good time management skills and is professional when answering phones, staff, vendors and customers. We are currently using Quickbooks desktop, so candiates with quickbooks experience are preferred but not a requirement at this time.

Task:

-Answering phones, Taking messages for staff when unavailable or out of office.

-Entering Invoices

-Entering Credit Card Receipts

- Scanning personal and business documents

Requirements:

-Must be able to work 40 hours a week

-Must be able to pass a drug test

-Must have relaible transportation

-Must be able to arrive on time for scheduled work hours

-Must have a positive attitude

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
