Denver's Best Custom Water Feature Company voted water artisan of the year 2019 & 2021 is currently looking for an enthusiastic leader. You will be responsible for leading a crew of 2-5 employees to complete landscape designs in a timely and proficient manner. This is not a sod and rock crew, this is water features, outdoor kitchens and hardscapes. You will build outdoor living spaces you can be proud of!

A qualified applicant will have:

-A valid driver’s license and insurable record. Do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.

-Knowledge in Some or all: Ponds, Pondless features, Pavers, Outdoor Kitchens, Hardscape, and Softscape elements

-Time management skills. All jobs are expected to be completed within budgeted timing.

-Good organization skills. You will be responsible for change orders, crew daily logs, vehicle/equipment inspections, progress reports etc... -Accurate ability to manage and order materials to keep your jobs progress flowing.

-Great leadership and team member skills. We do not want a manager, but a leader. If you can keep calm in demanding situations and train your team for continuous success, then you are invited to apply. You will need to balance supervisor responsibilities with the rewarding work of hands on construction.

-Emphasize on safety. Jobsites need to be clean of unused tools/materials, trucks in working order, and your crew alert and vigilant about their surroundings and possible hazards.

-You must be able to read/write/speak fluent English

*Position is full time, year-round. Matching 401k after eligibility is met. Wages depend upon experience, driving record, job skills, certifications, and education.
