Immediate opening for Paralegal with bonafide experience in medical malpractice, auto negligence/no fault/UM/UIM, dog bite, premises liability, other personal injury and insurance claims as well as crimininal defense in Detroit office of growing multistate personal injury and criminal defense litigation firm. Candidate must have experience including client interview, file creation, data entry, collecting and marshaling records/documentary support, witness interviews, summarizing case for demand/negotiation, litigation support and trial preparation. Participation in trial may be required in particular cases.

Firm is a growing multi state firm concentrating in injury and criminal defense. We have a dedicated marketing team utilizing internet with seo, ppc, audio, video, radio and television. This law firm has been in active and continuous practice in the midwestern states since 1927 and in Metro Detroit and Chicago areas for 30 years.

Lawyers wishing to work as a paralegal are encouraged to apply.

Minimum requirements include: include 3-10 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal (If you have less experience than above but you think you have sufficient qualifications feel free to apply), reliable transportation with adequate insurance, clean driving and criminal records, paralegal degree or certificate (if you don't have a degree or certificate but you believe you qualify please feel free to apply), working knowledge of Microsoft Office, comfortable with office machines and computers and good communication skills particularly writing.
