Pay Range: $37,500 - $98,000, varies by prior ESA experience

Description: Need all experienced positions within the utility-funded Energy Savings Assistance (ESA) program to help open and expand current ESA program offices. ESA positions needed include: Outreach Specialists, work crew dispatchers, weatherization installers and crew chiefs, HVAC repair and replacement personnel, Inspectors and field supervisors, office staff, including billing auditors, and more. 1-2 years’ prior experience with ESA program required. Must pass drug and recent felony background screening. Preferred: Bi/multi-lingual, works well with low-income families.

Work Details: Full-time, year-round, 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, week-end availability; work from one location, serving residences in neighboring counties; Immediate hiring or time to provide reasonable notice to current employer; opportunity for promotion within fast growing program.

The Company: Free Energy Savings Company is the parent company for Quality Conservation Services (www.qcsca.com), one of California’s largest ESA providers to low-income families. We have ongoing contracts with four major utilities, operating primarily in the ten-county Greater Bay Area and in the six-county Greater Los Angeles area. We have operated continuously since 1997, normally under multi-year contracts, thus providing strong job security unaffected by economic cycles.
