Hotel Greene, an upscale indoor mini golf course and bar (not a real hotel), is looking to add an experienced craft cocktail bartender to our team. Our current service team is exceptional, and we're looking for just the right fit! Ideal candidate is comfortable in high volume and has extensive liquor knowledge.

We offer brunch and dinner service, and primarily- cocktail service, candidate must be comfortable in high-volume. We are very much so an "experience bar"!

Candidate must be:

• clear-headed in high-volume
• willing to lead, learn, and integrate with our work flow
• personable, attentive, and communicative with the team
• detail-oriented
• comfortable and experienced in identifying and cutting off inebriated guests
• must have two years industry experience and craft cocktail, beer, and wine knowledge.

We are a very small team, so you must be a diligent worker-your coworkers will hold you to it! Tip pool consists of servers and bartenders (usually a pool of 2-4 people total, including yourself), and tips are paid in cash, night of. We encourage personal and professional growth, and always take the extra effort to support our employees.
