We are looking for caring, compassionate Direct Support Professionals to work in a Residential setting.
Successful candidates will:

Requirements:
- A valid NYS license and clean driving record required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Subject to NYS OPWDD mandated criminal background check, fingerprinting and a diving record verification.
What does a Direct Support Professional do in a residential setting?
Help the people who live there by assisting them in activities, like:
- Cooking
- Doing laundry
- Running errands
- Teach people with disabilities how to do things on their own
Job duties may include:
- Taking individuals to appointments and activities
- Writing notes as needed.
- Helping individuals with tasks like cooking, cleaning, showering, toileting, shopping, and managing money
- Other duties as need
