Job Qualifications
The minimum requirements are a high school diploma or GED, minimum age requirement 18 years, functional literacy in math and reading and a valid driver’s license. Candidates must also have a satisfactory criminal, driving and employment history per the CSI Personnel Policy. An Associate’s degree in a related field of study is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- The ability to physically assist people out of a structure in the event of an emergency.
- Communicate effectively using English both verbally and in writing
- Sufficient strength to lift up to 50 pounds for intermittent/ occasional periods and as necessary.
- Sufficient dexterity to operate standard business equipment and other specialized equipment
- Vision for everyday reading and the ability to drive.
- Ability to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs
- The ability as necessary to physically restrain individuals who could be a risk of danger to themselves or others
- Reach and bend at the waist, kneel on the floor and twist without restrictions
- A current MA driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier are required along with an acceptable criminal background history.
