We’re looking for a strong team player with a customer service background and/or skill set. Being detail oriented, organized, friendly, adaptable, and outgoing are all key qualities needed to succeed as a Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduling Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

-scheduling appointments

-contacting patients for follow ups/treatments

-insurance verification

-collections

-practice marketing

-staff management

-generating patient treatment plans

-following up with insurance companies

-maintaining OSHA and HIPAA regulations

• Possesses a track record for providing outstanding customer service
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dental Experience Required
