Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform work on plants under manager’s direction

· Follow detailed plan and timeline for plant production from clone to harvest

· Participate in trimming/de-leafing/pruning, fertilizing, harvesting, trimming, potting, moving and watering cannabis plants

· Assist Director of Cultivation and Assistant Director of Cultivation in integrated pest management (IPM) operations

· Use cleaning products and apply beneficial organisms

· Properly document application of cleaning products

· Perform routine scouting of plant population for potential problems

· Manage and track cultivation waste

· Sanitize and clean work/grow area

· Document any and all activity in traceability program

· Communicate clearly and effectively with coworkers

· Follow regulations and company guidelines for all compliance, work flows, and safety matters

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Per State Law –

o Must be 21 years of age or older

o Must be able to successfully complete a State Background Check

· Experience – 1 year (Preferred)

· Very good attendance

· Highly motivated

· Hard working

· Willing to learn

· Meticulous and organized

· Team oriented

Typical Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

· Typical Start Time: 9AM

· Typical End Time: 5PM

· Work requires a period of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and sitting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
