We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment. We are currently seeking Bartenders, Busser/ Bar-backs, Servers, Hostess and Expo personnel. We are urgently hiring both full and part time for all these positions.
(These jobs typically contains an hourly pay + tips daily)
Cashiers:
- Cashiers are crucial to the team, you are expected to take correct payments from the customer. Also take order over the phone, then ensure the all the orders are taken correctly.
Assistant Manager:
- This position is most crucial to the front house of our restaurant. if you are truly interested and want to strive with our red crab team, then contact us and meet in-person with your resume, then we will discuss further details.
Bartenders:
- Bartenders create a spirit of excellence and fun and can be key in creating an indulging experience for our guests. They must have a wide breadth of knowledge and ability to recommend items as well as ensure consistent drink quality by preparing orders in a short period of time and in accordance with recipes and guidelines. They also maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area in a fast-paced environment, while providing superior guest service. You must have a minimum 2 year experience bar-tending when applying for bartender position.
Busser & Barbacks:
- Bussers also referred to as dining room attendants or bartender helpers, help out the wait staff and bartenders at restaurants and other places that serve food. Bussers clean tables, taking plates, utensils and drink-ware to the kitchen to be washed, make sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service. Bussers might help waiters and waitresses bring food out to a table, restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs. Bussers aren't the front line of food service, but customer attentiveness and a neat appearance are still necessary. Bussers make sure waiters and waitresses can focus on the diners and make sure that food comes out in a speedy manner.
Servers:
- Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
- Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
- Serve food or beverages to patrons
- Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
- Clean tables or counters after patrons have finished dining.
- Have a hard work ethic and keep up with running side work

Hostess:
- Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of specials.
- Treats all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests' expectations.
- Takes guest information, to go orders and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
- Cleans, organizes and stock menus at host area.
- Answers phone and answers questions concerning the menu and restaurant.Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
Expo / Expediters:
- Your role is to be a conduit between the front of house and back of house and work to make sure the restaurant runs as smoothly as possible. Expediters will need to assort, communicate and prepared outgoing food to be ready for customer. Working alongside servers, bussers and management is a key aspect of this roll.
