Job Title: Website Manager, Shopify

SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic Website Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of e-commerce via direct response channels in Shopify & Shopify Plus. They are a strong team player with an inquisitive nature who enjoys digging into the weeds to implement, measure, and optimize website operations to meet KPI’s. They have a good understanding of digital marketing, omni channel, and demand generation strategies including TOFU, MOFU and BOFU.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform day-to-day management of eCommerce website operations to achieve design and web traffic, revenue and other KPI’s depending on the brand
- Manage the eCommerce web maintenance, speed, and development and overall quality of the shops
- Manage overall UX, navigation, and customer journey that align with brand goals and objectives
- Support the conversion rate optimization goals (CRO)
- Experience working with UX wireframes, heat maps, and user flows to optimize website and the checkout experience to maximize LCV.
- Partner with the developer and designer on website changes and updates, including testing where needed
- Oversee product catalog, pricing, promotions, coupon codes and inventories.
- Collaborate to support DTC order processing, fulfillment, and tracking via Ship Station or equivalent
- Support customer service team with technology and data integrations, including overseeing the reviews on site via Yotpo or equivalent.
- Implement marketing automation and personalization programs
- Solid understanding of Google UA and G4 tracking and analytics (UTM-based analytics)
- Fraud management and chargeback optimization tools like Signifyd or equivalent
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Shopify & Shopify Plus
- Have experience working with designers and development teams to execute tasks
- Expertise in using business analytics to drive decisions and identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key program changes/enhancements including A/B testing, surveys, etc.
- Have experience with Recharge, Rebuy and other incremental purchase tools that support subscription orders, shopping cart bumps and post purchase offers that help increase the LCV.
- Have experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple brands in distinct categories
- Strong analytical skills
- Desire to be self-motivated and results driven
- Have a passion for sustainability and ethically sourced products
BONUS
- Experience in the supplement category and/or CBD
- Experience merging various shops in one shop for a “house of brands” approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
