We are always looking for enthusiastic and passionate team members! Clear Lakes Dental treats patients of all ages. Currently, we are searching for a full time Unlicensed Dental Assistant (No license required!). Best of all, there is NO EXPERIENCE needed and we provide 100% fully paid training!

-Typically, our high performing team members get promoted to the next level within 3-6 months.

Compensation:

- Starting pay of $16! We have incremental pay up to $18.50 and unlimited bonus on top of that!

- Pay is based on portrayed skill length, not length of time at any company or experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assistants hand instruments and materials to providers and keep patients' mouths dry and clear by using suction or other necessary devices.
• Assistants help sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, prepare trays of instruments for dental procedures, and instruct patients on postoperative and general oral health care.
• Assist in note taking and recording patient dental records.

These are the main roles. All of this is completed in a team environment! CLD team members are patient and organized in order to smoothly sort out potential obstacles in a timely manner, creating a calm environment for the patients, the team and yourself!
