UNIT SECRETARY - 40 Days Short Term Unit

Unit Secretaryperforms a variety of duties to ensure total secretarial and clerical support for assigned area. Maintain a high degree of office efficiency, covering busy phones, may make decisions relative to routine secretarial and clerical details. Requisition supplies and equipment and troubleshoot equipment for area.
Associates degree preferred, or 3-6 years progressively responsible experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in Microsoft office. Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred. Mental Health Specialist skills desirable.
