We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our team to coordinate in-person and virtual trainings for organizers and volunteer leaders.

Ideal candidates will have relevant skills and experience (not necessarily in the non-profit arena), but we will consider entry level candidates with strong volunteer leadership.
The Training & Events Coordinator will be supervised by the Director of Leader Training, and will also work closely with the Director of Organizer Training.

Compensation and benefits:
This is a part-time position of 25-35 hours per week, with compensation of $20-25/hour, dependent on experience. Benefits include up to $500 per month for health insurance premium reimbursement, paid vacation, sick and parental leave, and 15% employer retirement contribution after 1 year.
