Job Description
The Victorville Staffing Assistant is responsible for supporting their supervisor with creating clinician's schedules, maintaining excellent relationships with clinicians, and being knowledgeable of clinician's skills, abilities, and coverage area. They play a crucial role in supporting the Victorville Staffing Coordinator with schedules of our clinicians visiting patients in the Victorville area.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care services, primarily through phone calls.
- Manage, organize, and troubleshoot the patient and staffing log every day.
- Keep field staff availability updated and posted.
- Keep the EMR system up to date.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the clinicians.
- Communicate with the nurses and patients and troubleshoot based on the situations.
- Provide accurate information and updates to nurses for daily schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
