The Specialist, Communication, and Compliance will coordinate with the ECSN (Early Childhood Support Network) Director and Early Childhood Support Network Team to carry out activities that support the implementation of the ECSN scope of work. This includes the overall vision of the ECSN to provide the development of, and facilitate access to, a coordinated, easy-to-navigate early childhood system for providers and families that addresses the needs of the whole child.

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, & PowerPoint
• Demonstrates a proficiency in learning new computer systems &
• Data Analysis & Reporting experience
• Experience in Education or Early Childhood Education is desired, but not required.
