Requirements:

• Must represent Ironage Korean Steak House’s Values and principles
• Must follow rules and regulations of Ironage Korean Steak House and all applicable city, county, state and federal laws and regulations
• Loves Guest service and have passion for providing hospitality to guests and coworkers
• Must understand the concept of teamwork, communication and leadership
• Must have excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
• Experience in any restaurant preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for 7 to 12 hours per day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to learn, understand and follow basic health codes.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations; basic reading, listening and speaking skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
• Certified in responsible alcohol service (BASSET) and food handler’s training
• Salary: $6.60/hr plus tip, range $13 up to $25 or hight per hour
