Responsibilities
+ Provide guests with a memorable dining experience
+ Uphold our highest standards of hospitality by being welcoming, courteous, and professional toward the guests at all
times
+ After completing a comprehensive training program, servers will be expected to use their extensive food and
beverage knowledge
+ Provide excellent service in a full section
+ Execute quality steps of service in an efficient and attentive manner
+ Gather personal details about our guests to customize their future dining experiences.
+ Continued growth of food and beverage knowledge during the course of employment.
Qualifications
+ Passionate about going above & beyond expectations to provide every guest with a creative & tailored dining experience
+ Work well in a team environment
+ Display a sense of urgency
+ Maintain strong communication skills & demonstrate humility
+ Previous restaurant experience in a full-service, high-volume environment is preferred
