Job Description
It is the product manager’s mission to ensure that the market understands the value of the company’s product and drives demand and product adoption. You will thrive in the area between product management and marketing while being the subject matter expert in the market and in the product itself.
Key Responsibilities
- Thrive on being a market, customer, and product expert — so you can communicate the value of your company's offerings with confidence.
- Drive the pipeline for demand generation/lead gen, including creating high-value, clickable content, case studies, videos, blogs, and social media, on LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. (tying back to SEO and Product/company message/brand)
- Determine the type of advertising and marketing content, such as print, digital or social media, email copy, campaign copy, webinars, etc. that needs to be created and distributed.
- Work closely with Marketing Ops (email, web, metrics, digital mediums) and Sales Ops to ensure consistency and continuity of campaigns.
- Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content. Work in a fast-paced environment with daily social media feeds, bi-weekly blogs, monthly webinars, and other mediums to drive demand.
- Write content or work with in-house or external writers and other content creators to create the desired content.
- Work diligently to evaluate metrics on content performance, and campaign performance, with a focus on optimization.
- Own all go-to-market launches, delivering high-quality messaging and screenshots that communicate the value of new or enhanced functionality.
- Manage strategic initiatives and programs to drive new customer adoption and help existing customers get software updates and get more value out of our software.
- Conduct market assessments to identify changes, trends, and competitors’ information and evaluate how these factors may impact Division margin and revenue.
- Manage metrics and budgets to optimize the lead gen process online and offline.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 7 plus years of experience as a product manager in a software business or other related business.
- Exudes passion for technology, bringing products to life, and evangelizing client success
- Possess a unique blend of business acumen, technical aptitude and storytelling skills
- Promotes a learning mindset combined with a can-do attitude
- Presenting business and technical content in engaging talks
- You are a high-performing self-starter, who has experience working in fast-paced environments, supporting multiple initiatives
- You are passionate about writing creative, interesting, and engaging communications that people open, click, tap, and share
- Knowledge in the solar and/or construction industry is a plus
- Familiarity with HubSpot and ZoomInfo Marketing OS is a plus
