Summary:

The Senior Administrative Assistant performs general administrative duties at a professional level and actively participates in the day-to-day operations at the corporate office. This role will predominantly support the Human Resources, Finance and Safety Departments.

Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources, Finance and Safety Departments.
  • Make travel arrangements, prepare seminar/conference registrations as needed.
  • Assist with event planning logistics for a variety of events throughout the year.
  • Generate reports, presentations or other documents as requested.
  • Enter data into various databases.
  • Maintain departmental websites.
  • Receive and respond to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
  • Order supplies, forward mail and perform other specific administrative duties as assigned by the business unit.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience required.
  • Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel required; PowerPoint and SharePoint preferred
