Join our sales team! We are the largest Metro by T-Mobile authorized dealer in E PIKES PEAK AVE , CO with more than 13 locations and more than 200 locations nationwide.

We are searching for enthusiastic and motivated sales associates for both part-time and full-time employment. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with opportunities to advance. We offer either, salary + commission OR hourly + commission. The ideal candidate is independent, self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed. An individual who can work effectively with store management to increase sales and execute monthly goals.

Position Summary:

- Responsible for driving sales to new and current customers in a Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer Store.

- Responsible for the day to day operations of retail store

- Providing excellent customer service for our existing and new customers.

Essential Functions:

- Promote sales by assisting customers and offering suggestions.

- Ability to communicate professionally in person and by phone.

- Responsible for counting phone and accessories inventory levels daily

- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers

- Utilize product knowledge to promote sales.

- Responsible for ensuring store appearance is clean and presentable at all times.

- Enter register transactions accurately.

- Stay informed of store policies, procedures, and promotions.

Minimum Requirements:

- Willingness to approach customers & offer assistance in purchasing service, cellphone, and accessories

- High School or GED equivalent or equivalent related experience

- Excellent listening and oral communication skills

- Work experience in not required but a plus, 1 year retail sales or customer service experience; experience in the wireless telecommunications industry is preferred

- Must be proficient in computer skills, POS systems, spreadsheets, word processing

- Must be available to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

- Wireless sales experience a plus, but not required.
