You are responsible for...

Answering calls with the most upbeat voice, hooking the client from the start of the conversation.

Scheduling appointments

Setting up, updating, and organizing files.

Maintaining office clean; vacuuming, sweeping, wiping down desk and monitors, setting and cleaning up client food and drinks station.

Experience & Skills recommended

Own transportation that is able to be used during office hours for errands

Excel, Word, Reading, Writing, Bilingual
