As the Revenue Operations Manager at Cytracom, your objective is to establish a data-centric company culture that will sustain Cytracom's rapid growth. Your role as a pivotal member of the sales management team involves developing and executing the revenue strategy, establishing efficient workflows, overseeing the expansion of the tech stack, and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in Cytracoms Sales processes and reporting, including supporting the execution of efforts across functions, and identifying downstream implications of changes to GTM processes on reporting and processes.
  • Own the business relationship between Cytracoms internal departments to provide domain expertise to support each department’s operational needs.
  • Provide recommendations to support business goals and objectives for Sales.
  • Identify the metrics that define success and support in the development of systems and processes to track and report on them.
  • Serve as the Revenue Operations subject matter expert for Sales processes and their impact across Go-to-Market teams.
  • Become knowledgeable about Cytracoms Sales processes including Pre-Sales, Post-Sale, cross-sell, Pipeline generation, and specific Marketing and partner reporting to:
  • Support day-to-day operational needs for the Sales team including best practice documentation, change management, and reporting.
  • Provide stakeholder leaders with insights that will help in developing innovative net retention and high-growth strategies.
  • Support teams with just-in-time data and reporting needed to successfully manage and optimize performance.
  • Support Sales Management with just-in-time data and reporting needed to successfully manage and optimize these teams' impacts on Cytracoms revenue and engagement.
  • Drive collaboration across Sales management to identify and prioritize immediate needs to reach near-term targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience developing and managing sales incentive programs and compensation plans.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
