Restaurant Server

**$1,000-$1,500 WEEKLY**

We are looking for an enthusiastic server to provide an excellent guest dining and bar experience. Good servers will be able to suggestively sell, meet guest's needs, and exceed their expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips.

Responsibilities and Duties

The bartender is responsible for the following:

• Being a core team member in our high energy asian fusion, hibachi lounge concept restaurant

• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions to determine preferences and suggestive sell

• Being genuine and authentic when interacting with others – show the best side of your personality!

• Treat our team members and guests like family

• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments

• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to consume alcoho

• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations

• Upholding our high sanitary and safety standards

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous Restaurant Server experience is preferred or a minimum of 2-year experience in food service/hospitality

• Liquor, beer, wine and beverage knowledge

• Previous point of sale system experience is required

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and management

• Ability to work variable schedule including weekends and shifts from mid morning- late night

• Position will require frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
