Resident Care Manager

Position Summary:
Provides and manage resident care; administer medications and treatments while ensuring proper procedures are being followed. Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect, and receive quality care according to individualized care plans. Ensure the safety of residents.

Qualifications:

• CNA or MA required. LPN preferred or Associates Degree, preferred.
• At least six months recent experience as a caregiver; at least six months recent experience in medication administration; knowledge of care related to an elderly population
• Must be able to operate blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, diabetic equipment, needles, syringes and any other specialized medical equipment as needed to provide resident care.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
