Job Description:
This is an remote position and must be located in the Central or Eastern time zones.
The Medical Scheduler is a problem-solving individual who utilizes their keen attention to detail and communication skills to coordinate appointments with accuracy and efficiency. In this role you will:
- Coordinate Independent Medical Exams and Peer Review Services across the Midwest region.
- Provide administrative support for tasks such as scheduling appointments and data entry.
- Act as a liaison for communications between providers, claimants and clients.
- Review incoming requests for completeness of materials required to provide service.
- Identify appropriate providers for each assignment.
- Coordinate costs of services between involved parties.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative or scheduling environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to solve routine problems.
- Professional e-mail communication and phone communication.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $18.00 - $20.00 hourly and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
