key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing release management policies and procedures for IT products.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including software development, infrastructure, quality assurance, and customer support, to ensure that all aspects of the release process are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers and partners, to ensure that their needs and requirements are considered during the release process.
  • Managing the schedule and resources required for each release, including coordinating with external vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation related to the release process, including release notes, user manuals, and installation guides.
  • Tracking and reporting on release metrics, such as defect rates, customer satisfaction, and release cycle time, to identify areas for improvement.

Needs to have a strong background in software development and release management. In addition, strong leadership, communication, and project management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and security is also important.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60,630.16 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 12 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
