We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team of experienced health care professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of patient care tasks including administering medications and changing bandages. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for communicating with patients' families and administering daily checkups to ensure that our patients are recovering in the most optimal way possible. This position requires a dedicated professional who can quickly adapt to changes and make independent decisions in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiating home health care services and providing supervision to patients and assist with services as ordered by the physician.
• Assessing patient's condition and identifying medical needs.
• Administering medications as ordered by physician and accurately documenting all medications administered on a patient care report or prescription management system.
• Documenting and making appropriate notations on the patient's medical records.
• Developing a plan of care for each patient that includes identifying risk factors, setting goals, creating an action plan, implementing the action plan, assessing the effectiveness of the plan, and revising the plan as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.30 - $37.70 per hour
