We are growing our sales teams here at ATS - and with that we are looking to add someone to support the growth and development of our ATS Logistics sales teams.
“Simply put, what would I be doing?”

This person will be driven by working with and analyzing data, and using that information to coach our sales managers and make improvements in their processes. This person will be a key part in coaching and improving our sales team.

"Why is this needed?"

While sales can be one of the highest earning careers out there, it's safe to say the first year comes with its challenges. They build a book of business from the ground up, and that can be difficult. This Regional Sales Operations Manager will work directly with the sales managers to see where improvements can be made in the process and where additional training is needed.

Did you know that if trucking stops, within 2-3 days food shortages would escalate and supplies of essentials like bottled water would start to disappear? Talk about a big responsibility and even bigger impact!
