This will be a unique position with plenty of room for movement and growth. The right person will be comfortable both on the floor as the head server and in a leadership role in charge of keeping the staff on task and the restaurant up to our high standards. There will be some light managerial duties included in your job description, with a focus on ensuring that the restaurant is running smoothly, our guests are happy, and our food is at the level of quality we are known for. You will report to and work closely with our Management team.

** In addition to the hourly wage, this is a TIPPED POSITION!

Some additional skills that could prove valuable include great communication skills, a comfortable relationship with social media, proper till/ money counting procedure, and high expectations for guest satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the restaurant industry and is looking to move up and take on some added responsibilities. This position could be anywhere from 15-25 hours per week to start and could turn into full time with benefits for the right person.
