RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and own a series of projects, effectively managing to interdependencies and collaborate with Business senior leaders and/or delegates to support prioritized opportunities, focused on a variety of asset classes and capital market products, system development and interdependencies
• Adopt a suitable project framework to support delivery of business objectives
• Design, develop and provide feedback on proposed plans / schedules based on domain expertise and analysis
• Predict resources and budget needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan, while tracking project costs in order to meet budget requirements
• Provide regular project updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
• 5 years of minimum experience in Equities / Equity Derivatives and Front Office (Order Management Systems, Smart Order Routing, Algorithmic Trading)
• Experience leading projects with high level of value (benefit / cost) with working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
• Knowledge of project finance and plan submissions
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, MS Office
• Project Management / Scrum Master certifications

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of AI / Machine Learning
• Knowledge of other asset classes - Futures / Fixed Income / FX
