Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Communicates with clients to recognize project requirements and guarantee successful project completion
• Defines the scope and goal of new projects including proposals and delivery installation
• Aids the estimating department by providing quotes, bids, and pricing proposals for new projects
• Develops highly empathetic client relationships through a consultative, value-focused customer service approach
• Delivers status reports that define project deliverables to stakeholders and management for budgeting and planning purposes
• Serves as a single point of contact for all project aspects from planning and scheduling to administering changes
• Ability to review and read blueprints
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams as well as external vendors and building managers to monitor project costs, timescales, and resources used to achieve the desired outcome

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year experience with project management or coordination
• Must have experience with timeline development
• Must have exceptional communication skills; written and verbal
• Must have a “can do” attitude
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, and demonstrate initiative
