The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a Program RN – Clinic to provide nursing care to participants at our LIFE Center in Williamstown, NJ*. Inspira LIFE offers seniors, with ongoing health needs, individualized health care plans tailored to meet their needs that may include a balance of both home-based and center-based care.

*As a multisite provider of PACE community-based services for seniors in Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties, an Inspira LIFE employee may work at either or both the Vineland or Williamstown LIFE Program as census changes or operational needs occur to meet the needs of our participants.

Responsibilities:

• Under the supervision of the Clinic RN Manager, manage flow of clinic while leading all staff in provision of medical and nursing care and ensuring high quality standards
• Coordinate services with primary care team and act as the primary liaison
• Triage and assess participants as needed
• Act as gatekeeper for daily clinic scheduling
• Provide skilled nursing care to participants, implement orders, develop appropriate plans of care, provide participant, caregiver, family and staff teaching and communicate participant’s condition to caregivers, primary care, and the interdisciplinary team
• In the absence of the Clinic Coordinator or the Home Care Coordinator, assume his/her responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• BSN from a professional school of nursing
• Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly and 2 years of nursing experience working in LTC, acute care or community nursing
• Current New Jersey RN License
• CPR and BCLS certifications
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
