OnesourcePCS, LLC (OPCS) is seeking a full-time Program Manager providing services for Tier 3 user equipment and projects to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Information Technology (IT) User Network & Services (UNSS). The Program Manager will be responsible for day-to-day oversight and management of the BPA, including hosting, coordinating and participating in all BPA Level meetings with IRS.

Work Schedule

  • Routine IRS Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-6:00 p.m.
  • Routine work hours will not exceed 40 hours per week

  • Remote with a preference in the DC Metro area

Overview

All functions and activities shall be Task Order driven, and work performed shall be in accordance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. UNS Task Orders which could include any or all of the following:

  • Load/configure client and desktop application
  • Respond to customer questions about IRS applications and technology
  • Installation and configuration of IT hardware and software (UNS only)
  • Data transfer when refreshing Tier 3 equipment
  • Relocation or removal of Tier 3 IT hardware and software
  • Disposal Operations: all operations necessary to coordinate the shipments of equipment from Area Control Points (ACP)
  • Warehouse Support, Enterprise Service Desk Support (IRS IT Help Desk)
  • Incident Tracking and Response Support. Incident Response is also known as “Help Desk Ticket” response
  • Boxing and unboxing IT hardware and software
  • Support LAN and WAN infrastructure (up to transfer of control to IRS IT Enterprise Operations (EOPS)
  • Inventory Control
  • Imaging Services
  • Software Asset Management
  • Configuration Management
  • Network Printer Management that is the responsibility of UNS
  • Seat Services Support
  • Delivery of IT equipment and software
  • Refreshment of IT equipment and software
  • Service desk interaction
  • Physical presence desk side support at the customer location
  • Management of demand for UNS services
  • Assembly/Build-up/Breakdown of Housing for IT Equipment
  • Project Management Support
  • Customer Services Support (IT Service Management)
  • Network Support (up to level of control under EOPS scope)
  • Program Management Support


Qualifications:

Experience/Skills/Knowledge

  • 5 years’ experience performing IT Project Management for Government projects

Education/Certification

  • Certification or university degree in IT Project Management
  • Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management certification)
