Description
- The position of Production Data Clerk is within our Infectious Disease Developed Markets business unit located in Scarborough, Maine.
- This role will be responsible for assisting with data entry and office support activities for the Production team to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- This position will experience a varying workload—at times, extremely fast paced and other times slower.
- This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly.
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs.
- Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
- Manage and organize records and files.
- Prepare relevant reports as needed.
- Provide general data entry support across many teams.
- Complete any additional projects for the Production Manager on an as needed basis.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
