Residential Pool Maintenance Technician

Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7:30AM Start Time, Excellent Work/Life Balance!

Signing Bonus: $250 after 60 Days

Training Pay: $15/Hour

Full Time Pay: From $650/Week up to $1200/Week

The Residential Pool Maintenance Technician manages a swimming pool route that includes cleaning of swimming pools each week and manage a daily schedule of equipment repair tasks.RICK'S POOL SERVICE Full service consists of cleaning and netting debris out our client's pool, emptying, skimmer baskets, sweep, and maintaining the chemicals.

Tasks include:
Managing truck inventory of equipment

Properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool weekly

Spot upsell opportunities outside of the repair call

Utilize Jobber mobile platform on a smart phone

Purpose:
Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the weekly service of customers’ pools and identification of any pool related issues

Essential Functions:
Provide weekly customer maintenance and cleaning of customers’ pools

Identify any issues with equipment and report to the proper personnel

Communicate the status of the pool with the homeowner

Ensure all activities are performed in a safe manner

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
