Summary:

• The Player’s Club Lead is responsible for ensuring superior guest service by being the casino’s ambassador to our players
• Hosting casino promotions, supervising the player’s club, handling guest issues, cash handling in the cage, and must be able to adhere to and follow Nevada State Gaming Control and in-house casino policies and procedures.
• This is a Swing Shift (afternoon/evening) position - Wednesday through Sunday, based on business demands and planned events
• Maintains a positive attitude and has lots of great energy
• Is able to communicate with guests and employees alike; able to explain difficult concepts
• Is able to multi-task and choose priorities with enthusiasm and a smile
• Is detail oriented and a self-starter
