Work in the heart of Manhattan, one block away from the United Nations in our beautiful new office occupying two full floors.
The candidate MUST possess the following:
- Admitted to practice law in the State of New York
- A minimum of 2-4 years of motor vehicle and premises litigation experience including, but not limited to: extensive knowledge and understanding of motor vehicle and premises liability litigation;
- Able to draft legal documents including, but not limited to: bill of particulars and other pleadings, substantive and discovery motions and appellate briefs;
- Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills;
- Dedicated and hard-working;
- Desire to learn;
- Able to multi-task;
- Able to handle a large work load;
- Able to efficiently prioritize work;
- Able to perform independently;
- Able to perform under pressure;
- Have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills; and
- Preferred knowledge of Trial Works, Outlook, and Word.
