Overview:
- Eligibility support billing functions
- Responsible for understanding the billing details and requirements for all third-party payors and miscellaneous programs
- Enters and/or approves data into the computer system according to appropriate guidelines to ensure accounts receivable is correct
- Third party billing via electronic, Web portal or hard copy formats
- Posting payments and adjustments with appropriate codes
- Coordination of member benefits
- Adjusting member accounts based on updated information
- Medical terminology desired, and understanding of medical / financial confidentiality
- 1 year experience required
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Dress Code: business casual
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Any experience in healthcare
- Professional Phone Etiquette and experience in a customer service setting
- Vaccinated for COVID
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $16 - $23 /hr Depends on number of years of experience
