Immediately hiring for a Parts Counterperson at our Devon PA Volkswagen Dealership.
Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Provides excellent customer service asking questions to ensure understanding of needs, and supplying parts in a timely manner
Mirror matches parts for the assistance of Technicians
Coordinates with Technicians in Service department to ensure that parts requests are met
Stock incoming product and tracks inventory
Assist Retail and Wholesale Customers with Parts needs
We provide training and upward mobility
Hourly and Monthly sales incentives
Future management advancement opportunities
Skills necessary to be successful in this role include the following:
Valid driver's license
At least 1 year of Parts Counter experience preferred
Good Customer Service Skills
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Automotive knowledge will be a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements for Position: Some lifting required
