Starting wage ranges between $20.40 - $22.50 per hour, based on location of the client you are working with.

Wage scale is $20.40- $26.00 per hour

In addition, we are offering a $500 signing bonus is paid out after the employee successfully completes New Hire Orientation and Peer Coaching. For homes in Issaquah, the hiring bonus is $1,500, paid out in $500 increments at 30-days, 90-days and 180-days.

Benefits for Full-Time Employees (30 hours or more a week) include Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) (non-profit version of a 401(k)) with company match, Life Insurance, Tuition Savings Program, and Tuition Reimbursement. Employees working 34 or more hours a week are eligible for PTO accrual.

CAREGIVER aka DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

We have both full and part-time work for candidates that want to make a difference in the lives of others. We offer paid, on-the-job training, so no experience is necessary - all you need is a desire to serve your community and support others. An NAR CNA or HCA license is highly desired, but not required! We also provide comprehensive and affordable health care benefits.

We serve a diverse population of adults with developmental disabilities. DSPs assist clients with reaching their goals and activities of daily living. The DSP also provides support with social activities and medical appointments and will drive clients using an agency vehicles. Assistance with medications and bathing/toileting is required for some clients.

We have a variety of schedules to choose from and will work with your busy schedule as well as on-call opportunities available.
