Operations Associate Responsibilities Include:

• Customer greeting, check-in, suit-up and suit-down
• Presenting the player safety briefing
• Managing in-game sessions and ensuring player safety
• Maintenance of Virtual Reality equipment
• Maintaining Cleanliness of the entire venue
• Opening/closing the venue, auditing sales and accounting for cash

Operations Associate Required Characteristics:

• High Energy, Charismatic, Sociable, Good with People, Well Spoken
• 2+ years of customer experience in the entertainment/hospitality industry
• Comfortable managing high-pressure situations, good problem-solving skills
• Punctuality, Presentability, Proactivity, Initiative
