Full-time medical receptionist and certified medical assistant is needed for a high volume dermatology practice in Medford, NJ. Individual must provide professional customer service by greeting patients warmly and courteously. Individual must be able to handle multiple patients in a professional and efficient manner. Must be flexible and a team player. Individual will be responsible for checking patients in and out, ensuring health insurance and all information is updated, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, collecting copay's, assisting the doctor with minor procedures, rooming patients. Office has electronic health records (Modernizing Medicine-EMA) so computer skills are required. Medical experience required. Salary based on experience. Please do NOT apply if NO medical office experience.
