The Kiawah Partners’ Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing and executing cross-channel marketing strategies that communicate the company's brand and value proposition message to the consumer. The Marketing Manager’s primary responsibilities are focused on Kiawah Island Real Estate Company, our affiliated developers, and the new senior living product as well as some club and corporate initiatives. This position affords a unique opportunity to flex both creative and analytical lines of thinking to holistically develop captivating marketing campaigns. With assistance, this role develops and executes the marketing strategy to generate new marketing leads, manage effective nurturing programs and workflows and drive sales revenue for multiple business lines within the company. This role works with a wide variety of customer data in order to measure and improve marketing performance to ensure company success. The Marketing Manager must have the ability to strategize with key stakeholders, but also can dive deep into the details and execute.

This is an influential and visible role within the team as the Marketing Manager will act as a liaison between the marketing, sales and development teams, our agencies as well as our leadership group to meet the defined company goals. Candidate should be proactive, have great organizational and communication skills and always have a positive, can-do attitude.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set forth and execute overall marketing strategy as directed by the Director of Marketing and/or VP of Marketing.
  • Create, lead and execute cross-functional integrated marketing programs to ensure brand/messaging integrity and lead acquisition for real estate and senior living initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop traditional print and digital marketing plans and campaigns that are powerful, memorable, and drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with VP of Marketing and Creative Director and then drive the overall creative direction for all channels of marketing related to digital, email, social, print, direct mail, PR, cross-marketing and production assets for each business line.
  • Attend weekly marketing, sales meetings and development meetings as needed and act as main liaison to these departments. Serve as a consistent liaison between marketing and sales and ensure the sales team’s needs and business goals are met.
  • Work with VP of Marketing on budgets, billing and financial reporting.
  • Execute the overall marketing strategy by identifying sales needs and then working with the production team to complete tasks in a timely and on-budget manner.
  • Manage development assets and concept and work with team on development of tools to promote the product.
  • Export and manage reporting for all real estate needs including annual, quarterly and monthly reports to consumers.
  • Manage all demographic reporting.
  • Manage media insertions and ad creative.
  • Oversee sales gallery experience, materials, and displays.
  • Provide content for social media.
  • Assist with brokerage process as needed.
  • Oversee marketing calendar or scheduling, prioritization, and production.
  • Works with Experiential Marketing Manager on strategy for events, both onsite and offsite and leverage cross- promotional marketing opportunities with golf and club teams.
  • Manage all assets on marketing server in an orderly way per the process documents.
  • Serves as a leader on the marketing team and represents Kiawah Partners core values at all times.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

  • College Degree in marketing, sales, business, or other related field required.
  • Three – Five years of experience working in a similar position. Real estate experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office products to include Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com and preferably experience with Propertybase and Hubspot.
  • Professional phone skills with excellent customer service.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical skills and mindset to leverage database and workflow drive software.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under pressure

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Constant and close visual work at desk or computer.
  • Constant sitting and working at desk.
  • Frequent verbal and written communication with staff and other business associates by telephone, video, correspondence, or in person.
  • Must be able to lift objects weighing between 0 and 30 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, stoop, bend and lift.
  • Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail.
  • Vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
  • Must be available to travel on occasion to locations for training and/or conferences for future educational development as well as travel to offsite sales & marketing events.
