RAWLE & HENDERSON, seeks a part-time Marketing and Communications professional, who will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies promoting the firm, its attorneys and its accomplishments. Candidate will be responsible for: creating, editing and proofreading press releases, biographies and other promotional content for publication on both the Firm’s website and in newspapers, magazines, trade publications and other media; developing and soliciting content for promotional materials; supporting practice groups marketing efforts; identifying promotional opportunities; assisting in the creation presentations to prospective clients; formulating and executing a social media promotional communications strategy; assisting with the development of proposals and RFPs; identifying, obtaining and preparing for speaking engagements and other marketing opportunities; writing and soliciting content for firm newsletters and other publications. Must be an exceptional writer, detail-oriented, organized, Go-Getter who is proficient in Microsoft’s Word and Power Point programs, as well as Photoshop or other similar photo editing programs. A familiarity with Word Press and Microsoft Excel, Front Page, Publisher and Access is preferred but not required. Opportunity for growth that could lead to a future full time position.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in English, Marketing, Communications or Journalism;
• Previous experience in marketing, public relations or other related fields
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work well both in teams and independently
