Our Marketing Assistant will be responsible to create a bridge between our brand and the end consumer through social media platforms, advertisement/promotions and other creative methods of expanding our brand. The expectation is to always provide exceptional customer service for every individual that walks into our facility and those who browse our online platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating designs for social media advertisement and promotional marketing
• Managing all social media platforms
• Managing our online menu alongside our inventory manager
• Gain knowledge of the products offered, provide product information to customers
• Understand applicable laws and regulations
• Follow DACUT brand guidelines
• Assist managers with daily administrative tasks
• Other work as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check
• Must have Creative Design experience and/or highly proficient in Adobe, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of cannabis products from a regulated retail or medical distribution center preferred
• Possess strong communication and time management skills
• Must have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Customer satisfaction oriented
• Available to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
• Highly proficient in Canva, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must maintain a clean and professional appearance while in our customer-based environment or representing our brand
