PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for our organization. You will provide crucial insights to our executive team to support strategic decision-making and drive growth.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the development and implementation of the company's financial planning and analysis strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of results.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement financial models and analyses to support business decisions and optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain accurate and relevant financial data and metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and analysis processes.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

- 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of success in a managerial role.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.

Pay: $112,059.00 - $121,243.00 per year
