Litigation Assistant/Paralegal for a boutique Plaintiff's firm practicing solely in the field of personal injury and wrongful death. Applicant must have a strong background in Plaintiff's work and be able to handle a case from the filing of suit through, and including, trial. Responsibilities include document preparation, client contact, medical records preparation, mediation/trial preparation, and negotiation of medical bills at close of case. Applicant must have an understanding of insurance, specifically uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage, bodily injury coverage, and premises liability. Salary commensurate with experience and includes health insurance and full benefits package paid in full by firm.
